Recomended light weight stock for Remington 700?

Any idea what my stock I have on currently would weigh? It's the laminated one which came factory with my model 700 Mountain SS
All of the mountain laminates ive weighed came in at 36-38oz.
All of their synthetics ar 30 -36oz.
The B&C with aluminum chassis are 32oz
The HS with aluminum average 32oz.
The classic and BDL wood are 32-40oz.
Those are the sporter stocks ive weighed.

Great thanks for the different weights. So getting a Wildcat stock would be quite a bit lighter indeed!
My B&C off a SA 700 Rem Mountain SS was 34 oz.
I like my Edge Hunter. It's very light without being toy-like. I've never handled a Wildcat and I'd never pay the current prices for a new McMillan so I guess I'd be forced to look into them if I were in the market for a lightweight again.

What did you pay for your Edge Hunter if you don't mind me asking?
when the dollar was on par and no extra import fees certainly: ...400-500ish ...
19.8oz was the finished weight on mine. So yes including pad. I just did the CGN famous flip flop pad though.
