Recommend a Gunsmith?

I just recently purchased a LH Remington Model 700 in 7mm rem mag. The gun is in terrible shape cosmetically.
I would like to have the following work done
-New barrel installed/possibly flute the barrel aswell but not a must.
-Install and bed a new stock (I currently have a stock)
-Install an after market trigger
-Cerakote/Teflon coat the action

Can anyone recommend a good gunsmith that can do this work?
Time frame isnt a real big deal but I dont want to wait years.
Cost isnt a big issue either, I want good work done

Did you talk to Harley at Profit River Firearms? He has set himself up as smith under a company called "Insight"......producing some very nice high end accuracy rifles.
I believe they are set up to di coatings as well.
 
1-587-217-2957 is Harley's number at "Insite Arms" - But he is also at the Profit River Firearms store as well.
His work is very good and he will have some of his stuff at the store if you are interested in seeing his work.

Another vote for Terry. I'm continually impressed with the 260 he put together for me last year. I can't wait to send him my 7mm (currently in month 7 of my mcmillian wait :( )
