Anyone able to recommend a speed loader for my Mossberg 590? I searched though some old posts and there doesn't appear to be many Canadian users but I'm hoping someone has some personal experience that I can use to guide me away from buying junk. I get the impression that I will have to order it from Brownells.

To be honest I'm surprised that they aren't more common considering how fast they seem to work.

I've been looking for them for awhile, but haven't found out where to get them. They're pretty slick, but not as cool as the RCI Xrail Jerry Miculek has on his M2, holds 22+1! Too bad we can't get those!

If you want these ones:

You can get them from here.

The tubes are called "Tec-loader". They can be hard to find but appear on ebay once in awhile.
The tubes are flared at the end and saddle is attached to the shotgun which catches the flare so the tube lines up with the loading port. Some practice is needed to perfect holding the loader at the proper angle for the rounds to feed directly into the tube.

Each tube holds 4 rounds. A set of two tubes, the nylon pouch and the saddle would be about $30 US plus shipping.

From where??

Brownells. Links broken, and the "W" back in Brownells.

Price is up to $60 now, or check ebay often.

I was wondering 'cause everywhere I looked they were minimum $58.
