Recommend a smith to rebarrel Anschutz

I have a CIL 310 Anschutz 64 repeater. I would like to have it rebarreled with a shorter match grade barrel like Lilja or simalar. Can anyone recommend someone who had rebarreled a 64 action before?

I've cut and crowned mine at 18.6" a year ago and I like it but I'm wanting it around 12" (Just past the stock) Would have to go with a after market barrel to keep it legal.

I don't plan on ruining it.

I don't think that CZ scout is any shorter than what I have now but thanks for the suggestion.

Alberta Tactical in Calgary is the Lilja importer. I was talking with them today about Anschutz 2013 actions with a drop in Lilja barrel, and they said they put in Lilja barrels into the CZ 452.
