Recommend me a saddle mount for my 870

Want a saddle to temporarily mount a red dot on my 870 during turkey season. Is there something better than the plastic Weaver saddles? Who sells it? Thanks.

Is your 870 tapped? Vortex makes a universal shotgun red dot that mounts directly to the gun.

What model 870 and what red dot? There are mounts available that clamp to the vent rib as well.

Too bad dude,
I recently sold my UTG.
It was excellent.
Still available I think but more expensive.
A gunsmith (or anyone really) can drill and tap your receiver for a red dot plate or a pic rail though. usually not too expensive.
If your receiver is tapped then the world is your oyster.
