Recommend me a sling

Sling your rifle for several hours then see how well that non padded sling feels.

I thought my VCAS non-padded sling was perfect until I ran a 8.5 lb ACR at a carbine course for 9 hours straight. Next day I bought a padded VCAS and my non-padded went on my shotgun.

Been running a VCAS, VTAC, MS4 and now a Proctor WOTG sling, will give the WOTG sling a decent run over the coming weeks. So far I really like the cleanliness of the the Proctor unit..

Its a basic sling and its still unpadded, that doesn't fly for extended carry, wish he would put out a padded version to try.

I use a rifle for a living mate, unclear how the pad helps for private citizens on course or for LE use. Rifle is carried no?, not "hung". If one is wearing armour a pad hasn't been necessary for me. My biggest issue is the tightness of the MS4 adjuster.

Bfg vickers . I have padded and not. I can't tell the difference with carrier on.

BFG VCAS ordered. Steel hardware, non-padded coyote brown with mash hooks... But like a moron I got 1" hooks. Hopefully my order change request for 1.25" goes through.

I'm attempting a mounting set up that will utilize the mash hooks. I originally wanted push button loops but couldn't find the necessary parts to fit my criteria.

Ordered a GG&G AR-15 "quick clip" end plate that will be modified so it sits flush on the Vz58 stock tube. This was the only plate I could find that will work on a Vz58.

Since I have a CTR stock I will be using the Paraclip adapter in the QD hole. Hopefully this works.

Only thing I need is a loop to sit where the fore grip meets the receiver
