Recommendations for an inexpensive 9mm?

I have been very impressed with my SD9ve, it's a very reasonably priced Glock rip off by S&W. They were on sale a couple weeks ago for like 369$. I got mine for 380 from SFRC using their summer promo code.

My PPX is fantastic, the range kit is such a good deal. I got around 1500 rounds threw it so far. For me, I find it super accurate I don't think I'll ever sell it. The PPX always comes to the range with me.

If you have a CX4 Storm, buy a beretta 92 (or girsan, same as beretta but cheaper) you gonna need mags anyway for yout CX4 so if they fit in your pistol it's a bonus. If you buy another brand of pistol, you'll still have to buy mags. If you really want a beretta but are on a tight budget, buy a used one. I got my beretta 92G for 500$ ang i really love it. Slide is smooth, open slide make it easy to see if a round still in the gun. Gun is heavier (metal vs polymer) so help a lot with recoil. It's a great first pistol! Also, beretta 92 are classic and ###y, nothing look like a beretta (except Girsan...because they are beretta clones). My opinion only.

Thanks, I know how the Beretta handles from the air pistol version and I imagine the PPX is similar to the P99 that I also had as a pellet plinker. I am swaying towards the PPX but will hopefully try out the M&P soon if I can make it out to a meet up that was offered.

My Norinco 1911 NP29 9mm is awesome, really happy with it, haven't been able to use mine a WHOLE lot so not sure if it needs to be worked in but i have found that you must give it a good bump to seat the magazine correctly, a few time i havent went to fire thinking i have a dry fire and the mag is just sitting a few milllimetre's short , I did also drop my mag into a pile of sand, the gun got dirty but still functioned no issue's!

I've shot mine a lot. If I had a complaint, it would be my old eyes, or the sights.

I have the beretta air rifle from umarex too and even if its the same size... Its really not the same thing. And for the PPX vs the P99, i prefer the P99, they are not the same at all. The PPX got this ugly bump in the grip that don't fit my hand. If i would go for a Walther pistol, i would choose the PPQ m2 (in 9mm or even in 22lr) but a PPX range kit is a great deal...if it fit your hands. I would choose a S&W Mp9 range kit before a Walther PPX. If tou really dont want a Beretta you could look for a FNH or maybe a baby jericho or even a Norinco. I love my TT-33 but i don't shoot it a lot because my range don't allow military surplus ammo and like i said earlier, factory ammo cost more than 9mm.

And yeah, 9mm is the cheapest pistol caliber after 22lr.
