Recommended Polar Bear outfitter?

Hear there are decent deals for the hardest bear to collect in NA at present, any leads from recommended outfitters those of you who travel to hunt have worked with? I've located the usual google results but hoping somebody has a personally recommended lead.

Purchase the hunting DVD: Death in the Arctic. The highlighted American client, one Mark Buchanan gives a good endorsement and names the guide he uses for this adventure out of Arctic Bay. He found him through Safari Club International.

I've got one outfitter out of Paulatuk that's done fine for 20 years and usually gets a couple of tags per year.. Haven't heard from him yet for next year but assume he'll have tags.

You could give Ozzie Kheraj a call in Resolute Bay, 867-252-3737. He and his wife own the South Camp Inn, where my wife and I stayed on the way to and from doing a little job in the high arctic, a bit north or there. That guy has his fingers in everything, and I'm sure he can arrange Inuit guides, sleds accommodations and all else you would need.

Ardent, I will make some calls and see if the old boy I went with is still doing it out of Tuk. We did see some real big tracks and I took a 10 1/2 footer. The other old boy I went Muskox hunting with actually had the tag and then paired me up with his buddy for the bear hunt. It was quite reasonable.

What is the rough cost on a polar bear hunt?

Very good guys thanks fbmi & Boomer, lawman it ranges, the average I would say is in the 20,000-30,000 range from my limited initial research. That of course would be the hunt only, transport and off hunt accoms are on top.
