I have a very old Manufrance Perfex 12GA 2 3/4 shotgun that was given to me and I've thoroughly dissembled, inspected, cleaned and also test fired it.
There remains only two-three major flaws with the shotgun which I would like to remedy as cost effectively as possible.
How much would a project like this cost me you think from a typical gunsmith?

- The buttstock is SEVERLY chipped near the receiver. I'm assuming since it's a french shotgun, that there's no support for it in NA. How much would it cost to get a replacement one built typically?
- The choke is a full choke and I'd have to get it reamed to modified constriction since my only use for this gun would be waterfowl (steel shot).
- The fore-end is cracked front and back but I think I could squeeze more life out of it since it doesn't take as much stress when hunting as the butt-stock does.
