red circle - what are my options?

I'm right eye dominant and it's got terrible astigmatism, so I don't see a dot, I see a jagged star, so I'd like to get something that's got a small tight red circle instead.

MTAC appears to be reddot only.

however, it looks like Sightron...or was it Sightmark has options as well.

The Vortex Spitfire 1x might look a bit big on your pistol. But I love mine on my rifle.
