LPVO is a consideration as well.Well with Volquartsen’s reputation for accuracy and high cost I might not do a red dot at all! Might be fun to put an expensive LPVO with illumination on it. Vortex razor? Primary Arms plx 1-8 or a leupold mark 5 hd of some kind
But red dot aimpoint is great, but any will do as long as it has a 2 moa dot. Larger is great for speed, not accuracy
No need for co witness as there are no sights on the rifle.View attachment 1099938I would put this on, it is cheaper than the crossfire 2 and comes with shake awake and 10 min to sleep, as well as both the high 1/3 co witness and the low mount which I would recommend for that rifle.
Agreed, thats why I recommended the low mountLPVO is a consideration as well.

Gotcha, missed it the first time.Agreed, thats why I recommended the low mount
I use the low mount on my .22 and shotguns, nice little![]()

Primary Arms 1x micro prism. That way even if the battery takes a dump, you still have a usable reticle and a BDC for longer shots if ever needed and a finer aiming point. Out of the box it has all the mounting options hardware you need.
