Red dot advice

Bhunts -- i just noticed where you are located.. aside from all of our opinions, you may want to put a call out to meet other members at the range and try their sights. Also, there are some dealers not far from you that can show you the sights in person. I have stood at the range loving a reticule, while the fellow beside me hates it. Everything i have read above is accurate from all the contributors, so a lot of good options -- just different personal preferences. The beauty of your situation is that you can get away with more options, since the recoil is very low on your firearm, and your range is relatively short.
So without stepping on anyone's toes -- for a micro- reflex, you should take a look at Leupold Deltapoint, Triji RMR, Eotech MRDS, Docter RDS, Shield CQS -- on a budget, try the Burris fastfire and buckmark

For a normal size reflex you can consider Eotech 5xx series and XP series, Triji Reflex,

FOr a tube style rds -- the smaller ones are the Aimpoint Micros, the hensoldt RDS, and the Triji SRS-- on a budget take a look at the Vortex SPARC

There will be others to add to the list, and opinions on them all, but I am quite confident that one of the above will put a smile on your face.
 
Guys do any of these sights offer any zoom? I am a bit confused what to buy. I have a Magnum Research 22 and would like accuracy from 50 to 100 yards but need some zoom to see a small target. Thnx
 
I assume you mean magnification? Zoom is variable magnification. None of these RDS mentioned are magnified, but if you need some optic help at those ranges, you may want to take a look at a fixed magnification scope. Personally I like to invest the most in my glass, but on a 22 you can probably spend less and still get decent performance (but on a MRI rifle, you probably want something cool looking ;) )
On a 22 rifle at those ranges you can probably get away with a simple reticule (as opposed to a BDC). There are 2 options you might consider-- the first being buying an aimpoint or Eotech, and then attaching a magnifier. I have looked though these setups and i find them a compromise to a conventional lit reticule scope. If you are consistently using the magnifier, then a fixed mag scope would be a better choice.
So-- the world is your oyster at this stage-- 4x or 6x are really good at 100 yards. I bought a Nikon for my 22 rifle, but its reticule is not lit. Trijicon Accupoint 4x (TR24) is a sweet piece of glass at these ranges, that is light, looks cool ;) and is lit in different colors. They are available at some of our supporting dealers. Having said that, the 536 (and it's smaller cousin the 332) are way bigger that something like an AP micro or T1 etc... But they do have magnification 3X for the 332, 5X for the 536. Choices - life is all about choices ;)
