That's nothing new. There are a few m1a bullpup platforms already. Wish we could get them here. Though everyone and their dog would buy one. Just like everything else around here.

never said it was new- judging from the way the isrealis number things it's been around since 89- still, you can't argue with a service record

well, for one thing, it uses fn-fal mags- far easier to get stuff off the m14 format
i'd be intrested only in the stock as would a lot of others as we already have 305s/m14s/ whatevers
and the price again would be reasonable compared to anything manufactured stateside

The guns on the show are great, and some of the work performed is pretty cool. The show's "Drama" sucks the low swinging nut sadly, but then again it's a scripted reality TV series so what do you expect?

If you didnt know there is already a Sons of Guns hater thread.:owned:

How did he get this kit across the boarder?

From that site... It's probably just a scammer...

Pardon my ignorance, but I have a question. I know the laws in this country make no sense at all but what is the big deal about bullpup design that gets the lawmakers so wound up?

I wonder if he knows he's selling a prohibited item.

Funny I emailed him and asked him the same question last night...

He replied at 3:08 am today assuring me they are perfectly legal in Canada and he has 2 of them registered in his name... He must be from Quebec or something? I'm not aware of this registered business he speaks of?

^^The law refers to bullpup stocks (ie aftermarket conversions). Rifles like the RFB, Tavor and FS2000 are manufactured as bullpups and are not subject to the same restrictions.
As for the Type 97 (I think) it is still in reclassification limbo.
