Redding customer service: outstanding

my email to Redding:

Hello folks,
I've lost the email that names the very helpful individual who sent me (free!) a drop tube for my No.3 powder measure, and instructions on how to insert it into same. However, I just wanted to let you know I've received the drop tube, followed the instructions (who knew the measure would thread into my press?), and the new tube works perfectly.
You folks give outstanding customer service, and I'll be making a post to that effect in Canada's largest online gun forum: www.canadiangunnutz.com

They tooled up and made me a VLD seater for my .223 Series A die at no charge as well.

I Loooooooooove Redding products.

Ditto with Redding here. They did an outstanding job of making a custom set of dies for my 375 Whelen Improved.
