Do I set up the same way as ya set up a normal fl sizing die?
Its a redding die in a rockchucker press.
All my brass has been fired from the same rifle before somebody asks

I turn the die body down until it maks contact with the shellholder and then giver a quarter turn more, sound about right?

You want to stop short of the shoulder, if you make contact you will push it back and change the headspacing! All you are trying to do is resize the neck to give proper neck tention to hold the bullet . It is the fireformed brass that fits your chamber that makes the difference in accuracy and extend case life, otherwise you might as well just full legnth size.
