kk, now that's cool. Better make sure all your necks are bang on for thickness though. No room for give so you will fold the necks/shoulders if too tight.

mysticplayer said:kk, I would go smaller then 2 thou as there will be spring back. The mandrel diameter is the min diameter. I find that 3 to 4 thou under bullet diameter after spring back is ideal for my LR loads. This is the standard sizing amount in just about every sizing die out there until the bushing dies came along.
In the Lee die, the mandrel is also the decapping rod so you can thread the end for the decapping pin off your Redding die.
For simplicity and enormous time savings, you might want to get a collet die alone for the whooping $27.50 or so from Higginson or Wholesale.
Best part is you can use the same die for just about any case length in the same family/cal. Just build shims to activate the collet fingers for your case or wildcat. I use washers and it works like a charm - 260R for my 6.5 Mystic. 7RM for my 7 mystic. 308 can also work for a 30-06 and 30Gibbs. 6 PPC should work for a 6BR. 303Brit to work with the 7.62X54R. And on it goes.
After working one, you will wonder why you didn't use one before.
