Tracking down this scope is like finding Hens teeth!! I have called a few vendors and non-vendors alike and nothing! Everyone has the 50mm objective, but none in the 40mm. I guess that is a good sign. P&D was the cheapest at $262....but they are out.

Anyone have an idea on where else I might find one?

Cabela's does have them, but they are $40 more and they won't price match. If all else fails, I will go there, but thought I would try a smaller shop first.

Thanks Ben. Tried them, and the closest to me doesn't have them in stock. Since the staff at the Gun counter was so very helpful....insert sarcasm...I called a buddy near the BassPro in Vaughn. $239.99 plus tax. Will have it tomorrow.

Sorry, a little late to this party but I just received mine from LeBarons Friday. 15% off if you are a club member and the $30 rebate is in US dollars and you can complete it on-line! More importantly it seems to be a nice clear scope!

Lebarons in my neck of the woods was out of stock....which was not a surprise to me....and none of the CTC's around me carried the scope. I had to meet a buddy in Peterborough on the weekend, so he grabbed one at Bass Pro in Vaughan for me. $239.99. Cheapest I have seen anywhere. Already submitted for the rebate.
 
Yea i really wish that Bass Pro was right in Edmonton, Its just a tad to dang far to travel if your going into the city.
But its a amazing store really.

Cabelas is cool and all but it doesn't really have anything on Bass Pro for awe factor lol so much stuff in there.

My buddie and i went in there coming back from lethbridge and we got separated lol texting each other for landmarks. "im over by the giant bear"
