Redfield scopes

I like my Redfield Revolution 4-12x40mm 4-plex scope. I have it on my T3 .22-250 and its nice and bright and clear during low light conditions. I would say its a bit better than my Bushnell 3200 3x9 in terms of clearness. It was on sale for $200 so I bought it. No regrets.

I have a 3-9 on my tree stand rifle (Rem 700 sps .30-06) and a 2-7 on my stalking rifle (Rem model 7 .308)..... they can't be beat for the money..... I just picked up a Rem 799 in .223 and am thinking of buying the 4-12x for yote hunting..... great great scopes for the money.... made by Leupold and backed by their warranty.....

x2...I have the same scope and like it better than my Burris Fullfield II 3x9x40 or my Bushnell elite 3200 3x9x40 .....great scope for the money .

I have the 3-9x40 on a 30-06 and have been very happy with it. Right now I'm shopping for a scope for a 223 and have been thinking about going with a different brand just to see whats out there. The problem is when I'm looking through other scopes near this price range none impress me as much as the revolution. I don't think you should hesitate to buy one!

4-12X on an M1A. Impressive. Very clear and bright, well made and a great price.
Have been pleased with the Accu-range reticle as well.

The new Revenge is out with the Accu-ranger crossbow reticle. Looks sweet.

i have a redfield revolution 3-9x40 with accu-range on my 20g rifled barrel on an encore and had it sighted at 100yrd with the crosshairs and 150, 200yrds with the next two aiming points. worked well until i dropped the gun out of a 15ft ladder stand and it landed frame and scope right on a downed elm. nice crack when it landed. gun was unloaded thank god(it's a long story), my 4 year old daughter thought it was kind of funny while she wached it fall.... couldn't hit a 4'x4' foot piece of plywood at 100yrds after the drop. need to see if i can re-sight and it'll stay when the warm weather is hear. on a side note, does anybody know who repairs them in canada???? we'll see how the warranty dept works out.
the scope was great and clear before i dropped it. glass is still great on it, just way off, through no fault of the scope. oops:redface:

Have a 4-12 on my 17hmr(over kill imo) but anyways.
I also believe they are brighter then 3200s.
Wouldn't be problem on bigger cals Imo.
Lots of warranty! :)

I believe being Leupold warranty would be through Korth Group.

Adjustments I find are dialed in without issue. I like the accu track adjustment dials.

*edit* If you're worried about some reviews that they adjustments are mushy that is fairly subjective. They aren't firm clicks but when you have it dialed in my experience is that it stays where you put it.

Good scope for the price point.
No issues so far but I only dropped mine about 10 feet on the rocks...
It's still right on.

They hold zero just as well as the Friction Dialed Vx-1's

One of the local retailers informed me they were planning on stopping production of the revolutions after their new Revenge scopes come into full distribution. I'm not sure how true that is (there's nothing on their website about it), but I picked up a revolution anyways. The new Revenge scopes have a built in optical range finder system of some sort so I can only imagine how much that will jack up the price.
