lots of people from the lower 50 come north to work. If you check the post by the gas pump, you will see they take Petro canada credit cards. Do you see this displayed in the States? No matter where the bear fell, it is still a fair sized bear. Pics can be gotten anywheres and claimed everywhere..I seen one of a cougar on a patio looking thru the window..claimed to be from Manitoba but taken by a person Stateside.

wrong

poor old bugger was hit on highway 40 just south of GP not
Montana
Sorry fellas,it was hit in Montana.Old news, newspaper articles,etc.etc......and yes they accept Petrocan,Husky,Irving,Cdn Tire etc.etc. credit cards in the states. Some truckstops have dozens of cards that they accept.

This bear was hit south of grande Prairie, Alberta.

Are there Petro canada service stations in the USA?

There isn't any Petro Canada stickers on that post, all I see is the regulars plus Discoverer and AMEX. And if you look in the back ground you'll see the country that they are in, guy. Ever been on HWY 40 before? And the blood on the deck is still fresh. It doesn't make it that far from where it was hit before it starts drying like that. Anyway that is an old story, from the states, and I have seen the article from with my very own eyes. And +1 to Amphib's post. But hey, I'm not from Alberta or anything.....
