Reduced 25-06

Hi. Look into the legalities of shooting a fur bearing beast first then use a lighter bullet. There's 75 grain and up data on Hodgdon's site.

just buy a pound of black powder and blow the dam! that is way more fun and legal. two long wires and a battery are all the accessories you need.

I've loaded a 60 gr. Winchester jacketed hollow point meant for the .25-20 with 58 grs H4831 and 47 grs H414. Not MAX loads but lots of blow-up.

Did you mean reduced velocity? Just lower the powder charge from those given as a starting load.

Cast bullets? The Lyman #47 has a 90 gr cast bullet with 20 grs 2400, 22 grs IMR 4227, 24.5 grs IMR 4198, 30 grs 748. All for around 2100 fps.

Based on cast bullet loads I use in my .257 Roberts, I'd try a flat nosed cast bullet anywhere from 60 to 100gr with 11 or 12 gr of H110. I get minute of angle at 100yds with 10gr H110 and CBE's 25790 bullet.
