To use at your own risk obviously but so far it has proven to be very accurate to me.
Get a current Lyman cast manual. Use starting load- up or down to obtain what you are looking for.
Internet load obtained from forums are definitely not the safe way to practice safe reloading unless data come from an online manual such as Sierra or VV.
