Wondering if any one has some reduced pet loads for thier 458 Winchester magnums. Using 300 grain loads. - but looking for loads for 350 grain using IMR 4895 or SR4795. Other than the Hornady manual there isnt much published for the SR4797.

Other than the Hornady manual you've mentioned, there are some loads using IMR 4895 in the Sierra manual with a 350gr HP/FN, in the Barnes with the 300gr XFB & 350gr XFB and in the Speer manual using the 350grFLAT-SP. I haven't noticed anything much using SR 4795 however. I wouldn't categorize any of them as reduced loads however. What bullet or brand of bullet are you using or planning on using?
I've just started 'trying' some reduced loads in my .458wm but I'm doing that with cast bullet.

The Hornady manual, as I guess you know, doesn't have any loads for either of their 350gr bullets with the powders you've specified. As for the 300gr cast bullet weight, there are some loads in the Lyman #48 & the Lyman Cast Bullet Handbook for a 292gr PB, but again, not with the powers you've mentioned.
I haven't looked there yet but there may well be some info available on the Beartooth Bullets website that would be helpful to you.
The cast bullets I use for reduced loads in the .458wm or in my .45-70 I get from a local guy. They are a little heavier, 325gr - 525gr and most have gas checks.

Substituting jacketed bullets for cast within the same weight range will create higher pressures, but it doesn't matter because the loads produce very low pressures anyway. I've been working with 18 grs of Unique with a 270 gr Hornady which produces 1200 fps in my .375 Ultra. Super accurate and fun to shoot, the load is not damaging to small game.

I am unfamiliar with the powders you quote, and the only SR powders I know of are SR-4756, SR-4759 and SR 7625. Maybe I'm out of the loop a bit, but I couldn't find your powders listed on IMR's web site either.

My previous experience with the .458 has led me to use Unique for reduced loads. Coupled with a magnum primer to ensure good ignition, I don't use fillers or worry about tipping the rifle up to keep the powder at the base of the cartridge.
