Reduced recoil loads wanted for 7mm Rem Mag

I picked up some 140grn Bulk Remington soft points that I would like to take to the gopher patch.

Does anyone have any semi-reduced recoil loads for this combination as the full 7RM loads are quite punishing after awhile.

Hodgdon usually has alot of reduced recoil loads. Most use H4895.

Personally, I would use standard loads and just use the 7RM for the long shots.

I used to reload Speer 110 grain TNT bullet. No recoil. Very comfortable and accurate shooting.

I would buy a nice little 7mm-08 for the reduced loads.......

The Speer#10 manual has lots of reduced loads for every caliber.145gr bullet 24gr/1811fps,26gr/1964fps+28gr/2112fps usingSR4759 powder.Harold [this will be fine for your 140gr as well]

I have loaded up full loads for now but will try those when the cases are empty.
