I got this off some one that was selling a tapco d sks and I wanted to play around, The stock was in good condition so I only stripped but not sanded it. next Ii used some black dye on the stock then It went to dark so I removed some of it and applied min wax ebony stain and over the next few weeks gave it about a have dozen tru oil coat. it was hard to capture decent pics showing its detail because it s a high gloss finish but it has an almost holographic look when you move it. Now I must decide to sell it or get another sks to put it in. Maybe post pics of sks stocks you have redone. Here is mine
