I Have taken an interest in Grandads old .222 Rem and want to start loading for it. Brass as it seems is not too common. However I do have a supply of .223 remington brass that will be useless to me as I am selling my .223 AR.
So, I understand that the .223 brass can be easily re-formed to .222 remington brass quite easily. Its just a matter of pushing the shoulder back in a .222 sizing die and trimming the case, correct?
Has anyone done this? Anything to watch out for?
Thanks.
