Refurb 1964 Winchester Model 94

so I have recently got my hands on a old family rifle. The gun is in rough shape....doesn't want to cycle very easily and there is quite a bit of rust. Wondering if anyone out there has had any luck in removing heavy rust without having to reblue the barrel. Also if someone knows where I can get some parts from. Any help would be fantastic.

Look up homestead parts. They are stateside, but very reasonable prices and shipping. I have ordered twice from them with great results.
