What is with refusing to provide a working tracking number? It is not normal for a shipped item to need more than a few minutes let alone five days for tracking to work. I asked through email and got an absolutely useless reply that literally did not address a single question I asked.

I think they are waiting for your transfer to not go through to keep your money. /s


You gave zero details about your email or purchase but give people #### for not knowing everything about your order. If you are this worried just cancel the purchase. Only thing hurt is your ego

Yah dude it could also be that Canada Post didn't pick it up yet or maybe that Canada Post didn't give it an entry scan. Either way calm down and collect yourself Ken

People need to stop swinging off the balls of gunshops with ####ty service... I've bought stuff from Tillsonburg and Rangeview in June and both gave me working tracking #s within 24 hours. 5+ days for a NR shipment is not okay.

You leave an honest review or customer service criticism on CGN and if it doesn't get deleted by the retailer, you get crucified by the masses.

I know it's old but that guy really made me angry with his "I'm greater then you" post. Obviously a guy with no life who likes to pick on people he thinks are below him.

Reluctantly, I started ordering from FOC again, although I'm still supporting Tenda, Bullseye, G4C, Tillsonburg, and a host of other stores east, west, and central (a fool with my money). No change really, 5 to 10 business days for the item to ship, then you get a working tracking number. Don't expect anything sooner/quicker from them. By comparison, Tenda is always, ALWAYS next day shipping no matter how crazy busy they are and Tillsonburg has shipped SAME day (I once ordered in the morning and was shocked to find a guy on my doorstep with the order that night). Bullseye can be fairly fast too, depending on how busy they are. I have never seen FOC busy...maybe during TACCOM??? FOC in-store service is first rate. Cabela's/BassPro is about the slowest of all, particularly near the holidays.
