I'd assume so, several 553's have sold in the past months

They are restricted still not yet prohib.

If you buy the sg533, its a risky proposition. Get the pe90 and have a new short barrel installed after if there are no prohibition. Thats the route i would've taken.

Trying to? The SG550 series and all variants are prohib by name. They aren’t trying, they’ve been banned for decades.
