Registering stripped lower to rifle issue...

So i attempted today to register my lower receiver as a rifle. a dpms pather stripped lower is what i started with and the rest is built from parts of different origins. This is my first time doing this and they are asking for a model of the rifle. I have no idea what the heck the model number would be, i attempted to tell them how this AR platform was put together but aparently they need to know what the model of rifle it is. Im sure alot of you have knowledge of this
What do i do thank you!
 
I said dpms panther, but the lady was asking for a model number like an a15? She didnt seem in an overly great mood this morning to start off lol
 
You said it right in your post. The firearm model is whatever the lower is. Whatever your registration certificate is right now, is what it will continue to be. Changing the barrel on a Rem 700 doesn't change the fact that it's a Rem 700.

The lady sure did not see it that way��
 
The model is whatever the original importer declared it as. The model isn’t printed on your registration certificate. If you have it look on the transfer notification from when you bought the lower, it will be printed on that.
