Problem I ran into with them was getting a scope mounted on a new rifle I just purchased. I needed it done by the end of the week before my hunting trip and was told it was no problem and they would have it done in a couple of days (other places were estimating well over a week). Don't know what sort of miscommunication happened exactly, but it wasn't ready when I needed it to be. Ended up just borrowing a rifle from a friend to hunt with. Now, I know that I can't just snap my fingers and expect something done, but I found it pretty dang inconsiderate that I told them I needed it done by a certain date, to which I was assured it would be, only to not have it ready. That's just straight up dirty and underhanded in my honest opinion. I feel I was lied to in order to get my $$$.
Few other small things about them irked me as well. I try to avoid them as best I can, I'm very hypersensitive to minor slights like that. Rather give my business to those I feel deserve it.
