Yes, you are open on Saturdays, but if I see something that I want to check out in person, and I am busy on Saturday, I have to either say "maybe next Saturday" or just go somewhere else.
Instead of being open 9-5:30, I think that shifting your hours (at least a couple of days) to 12-8pm would allow more working people to come to your store.

Actually, if you guys are interested in some feedback... we had a pretty good time camped out early last year waiting for the store to open up, which was no problem. But, have to admit it was a little frustrating when we got in the store, along with everyone else... LOL. Bit of a frenzy in there. Wondering if you guys would consider only letting X number of people in there at a time. Make for a better experience for everyone & really, I think the crowd in line to get in wouldnt actually be too upset. Everyone will get their turn...

my two cents worth.

Coming back this year anyway, and planning on being there early. But, planning on having a better plan for this year. LOL.
