Reload specifications for nitroproofed/45acp Webley MK1?

What type of specifications do i have to follow to load 45acp that is safe for a 45acp/nitroproofed Webley MK1?

These webley MK1's are a lot older, and originally meant for 455

If anyone reloads this... Can someone help me make some? I can trade a box of reloaded 45acp, to compensate for your materials.
