I've received some excellent suggestions for reloads for my 929 with a lightened trigger. Sadly most of them include Bayou bullets which are not available in Canada.
I have managed to scrounge some Federal match and magnum primers as the regular Federal primers are nowhere to be found. Apparently they are softer and will work more efficiently with a lightened trigger, (7lbs)
I also have VV powder N320 and N340. I'm new to reloading and would welcome any suggestions for a nice accurate load, PF 120-125.
Thanks in advance :)

I had to research ICore shoots, your revolver specifics and power factors in that shooting discipline to even respond. It would seem that a 147 grain cast or plated bullet around 800 fps will easily match the power factor for 9mm. You could also go for 125 grain bullet loaded to around 950-1000 fps for a similar power factor.
Now you just need to make up a few small test batches, using applicable published load data for your powders.

Experimentation can be a big part of the fun.

When I ran a 929, it was always a 147 projectile, Titegroup with Federal primers seated as deep as possible (for the light trigger/hammer)
Can't remember exactly, but think 3.4grs of Titegroup made 130PF.

Is there a trick to seating the primers deeper? I am using a Redding T7 and Dillon dies. I know the Dillon 1050 has a way of adjusting primer depth but not sure how to do it on my reloader.

Uniform each primer pocket (use the hand tool or put the tool in a drill chuck and use your drill) Only have to do this once for a batch. Clean the primer pockets. This way you can then seat them a little deeper.
