Reloader 10x or Varget

As I can't get any Reloader powders, given the two powdwer choices you have, I would go with Varget. In my rifle (Remington 700 VSSF II) I have gotten very good results (sub 0.5 MOA at 100 yds) with:
24.6 gr. Varget
21.0 gr. H335
22.7 gr. AA-2460
That is not to say they will work well in your application, but you can tweak the loads safely as they are well within the safety range.

My gun prefers 53gr. VMAX over the 55's, but 55's are fine, too. Varget is my powder of choice, but I am testing IMR 4895 now. It is $50 less per 8lbs. compared to Varget now. I am getting some very good results... C.

Benchmark for plinking with 55-grainers, Varget when serious with 69 or 75 grainers out of my 1-in-8 twist / 20-in AR. Like most of us, need a backup powder to Varget due to availability - I'm reserving all of my Varget for my .308 bolt guns this summer.

I was planning to use 55 grain Speer but as is with reloading in today's market sometimes you buy what you can get so a variety of powders that give accurate results. My gun is a savage axis xp and seems to shoot American eagle 55 grain at under 1inch groups so looking forward to good results from reloading and maybe some cost saving

not in my Savage
55gr bullet with Varget in said rifle gives 2.5-3MOA depending on charge.
75gr though ... but that's not what you asked

Iam open to suggestions also a concern is bullet stability with heavier bullets I believe my Savage is a 1in 9 inch twist will heavier bullets be a problem. Never have reloaded 223 before and the American Eagle ammo shoots not bad that is why I thought of using 55 grain thanks in advance for replies

1 in 9 should stabilize up to 68-69gr nicely.
Heavier than that: load a few and shoot them at both 100y and 200y. If any of them keyholes, your barrel isn't stabilizing them.
If you can find them on target at 100 but not at 200 most likely they flipped in mid flight.
If you can find as many round holes at 200 as you shot, you're good to go.

ps: My Savage 11 is 1 in 9 and stabilizes 75gr very well.
