I got mine at the Stittsville, ON range.

What not reveal where you're from? It would be helpful.....
 
I happened to be shooting with a guy who had 10lbs in his truck....so I bought it.

I don't know who is stocking this here in Canada as of yet.
 
Did you try Wholesale in Calgary? Wholesale in Grande Prairie had just gotten some in before Xmas and I got a few pounds. I'm assuming they would get a large order then send it out to all their stores. Bartons in Grande Prairie also had RL17.
