A friend who does not reload, gave me a bunch of his once fired brass. The TP has a fluted chamber, which I found left the brass deformed and excessively dirty. It required an excessive ammount of force for me to size as well. Anyone else have any experience with this? (it seems HK also use a fluted chamber):

I have very limited experience with fluted chambers but an alarming number of cases wouldn't chamber in regular rifles even after being resized twice with the smallest die I have (Lee). For me it was only a fluted shoulder and neck too; not body.

Considering how prolific and easy-to-aquire .308 brass is I'd just toss it in the scrap bin.
