I have 2 R1 30-06's I load for.
I use small base dies.
The load that shoots best out of both rifles is
59.9grains IMR 4350, WLR primers, and Hornady 150grain bullets (SST, GMX, & Interbond) all shoot the same out of my 2.

Did you buy it brand new?
Has it been shot much? Maintained?
Is it a Gen1 or Gen2 Piston?
