Reloading .303, More questions.. From a Newb!

Okay, so excited, got my Lee bushings in the mail today, was missing from my 50th anniversary kit that I bought used..
$5 for two on eBay, what a steal!

Anyway, went through, popped out primers, put in new with the fancy plastic thing the kit comes with (Actually works suprisingly well for how cheap it looks)

Now, powder time, I only did 10 rounds, just a test run to see how they would turn out.

I'm using;
Hornaday 174gr jacketed booolits
IMR 4064 smokeless.

Now, I break out my Lee scale, the red one, zero it out, wait a few minutes, re zero it, then I get the Lee dipper that came with my dies, and this is where my question begins:
When I read the Lee instructions, it says for 4064, use a 2.5cc dipper, or 36 grains of powder.
When I use the Lee dipper, and pour it into the scale, I get 36 grains.
So, Using that logic, I made 10 rounds with the Lee dipper.

Did I make a mistake?

Nope that is how you do it. Just make sure if you're using a scoop that you follow directions in the lee die set as it has lots of room for error. Trying to get max loads with a scoop can over pressure as it's not terribly accurate.

If you desire more accurate ammo, get a digital scale and weigh each charge.

oh no, this is just for killing paper targets at the local range,
Maybe if we get the 100 yard outdoor range, I'll get more scientific, but for now, I'm just figuring out an efficient method.
