saw a post on a Winchester lever 307cal, as I have one of these and hardly shoot it because finding rounds are hit and miss, I figured reloading the old brass is a option, years ago I never reloaded so it sits in the safe. seems 308 dies are used to load 307win, anyone doing this and anything to keep a eye on?

I reload for my 307 and have great success with the Hornady 170 FN, H4895, CCI primers and WW 307brass. Older Hodgdon paper manuals have data for tge 307. The last 4-5 years they dropped the data from tgeir annual publication. I also use the Barnes X FN with H335. If using it for deer I would stay away from the 150 grain offerings from most manufacturers as they were usually designed for 30-30 velocities. I found that they opened up too quickly for my liking especially tge Sierra 150 FN
I would also recommend crimping with a 308 win Lee Factory crimp die.
Keep an eye on neck tension also as the expander on my made the necks a little too loose for my liking. Hope that helps you
