Reloading and making 37mm flares and ammo

Hoping someone may have a formula to reload 37mm ammo
Gernades,flares,been bags, smoke, etc.

See what other people are doing please help would be great

Anything that goes boom is illegal to make in canada the rest is pretty much gtg.
Grogs forum and 37mm dot com are good places to go. Here not so much.

Just really flare and foam inserts, bean bags

Ive only made chalk for mine. A few different ones for 26.5mm
