Read all you can, and hoard reloading books. I might have twenty or so, maybe more, plus a shelf full of gun digests, and other sources of info collected over the years.
The best? I like Lyman, Hogdon, Hornady, Not in any particular order, depends on what I'm doing.
If you shoot Barnes, or other specialty bullets, made of non traditional materials, best use their manual for info, but consult others to be sure. The newer materials have different coefficients of friction.
