Afternoon.

I recently purchased a bunch of reloading supplies from a friend of a friend. I got a about 1000 projectiles in .308 in varying weights from 100GR to 200GR. Also came with some extra goodies! The deal was way to good to pass up.

Unfortunately I don't have the reloading data for this one specific projectile for my 30-06.

Hornady part #3005. 100GR .308 Short jacket. See below link from Hornady site.
https://www.hornady.com/bullets/rifle/30-cal-308-100-gr-short-jacket#!/#specs

I currently have IMR 4064, Hodgdon CFE 223, Hodgdon Titegroup powder on hand. I dont know if these will work on not, but i want to make sure i do this right the first time.

Any safe loading data would be appreciated!

Thanks

Will

Unique for plinking loads.

I haven't loaded 100 gr bullets in 30-06 but played with 110 gr Speer in a few. Never had much success so maybe that was twist rate related or maybe those rifles just didn't like that bullet. The best (not great) results came with faster powders. 4198 was the best but I don't recall if it was IMR or Hodgdon variety.
