reloading data for 243 Win 80 grain TTSX BT - confusing data from Barnes

Just thought of taking advantage of the school break and load for my 243 win. I have the printed manual from online, from Barnes. It says for 80 gr TTSX BT, H4350 powder, the maximum load is 45.5 grain. I put 44.5 grain of H4350 in the case, and got 20% over flow!!

I have checked my scale by putting 80 gr bullet in it, it was perfect!

What is wrong?

I have checked H4350 loading data for similar bullet, 80 grain Hornady GMX, it is 40.7 grain at maximum.

Anyone can educate me, please.

I think you are looking at the Barnes .243 WSSM data....

Thank you. I am now pretty sure it was an error (print error) made by Barnes. I have checked Hodgon data. For 85 gr tsx and H4350, it is 37. grain as minimum and 40.5 grain as maximum. For 80 gr GMX, it is 28.3 grain as minimum and 40.7 grain as maximum. So I am taking 39.7 grain as maximum. Will load a few rounds and check it at the range.
