Any one know of a dealer (sponsor or not ) that actually has a good selection of reloading equip IN STOCK! I've been looking for a set of Lee carbide 30 carbine dies among other things and wile several dealers actually responded to my request . All said they could order them with delivery times of 1 week to several months . I'm not interested in playing that game .
 
Jesus man, why lee dies? Spend the extra 15$ and buy RCBS. I have a set of lee dies for 50AE, total garbage. Never even finished one round through them, case stuck, broken primer pin, tooling marks inside the dies, complete and utter garbage dies.
 
I don't reload .30 Carbine, but I have been very happy with my Lee pistol and rifle dies (and other brands too). I also buy my Lee gear online at Factory Sales. Usually 1 week shipping to Ontario.

I have RCBS dies & RCBS press. Lee 30 carbine are carbide & load powder through the die on my turret press much faster than my RCBS single stage
 
BC shooter you will find the shipping rates high on a single item, but on larger orders $100 or more in tools it is much cheaper than the same items shipped in Canada. I have gone in with friends who needed items at the same time to alleviate this.

Never mind Lee or RCBS dies.........get Redding dies.
 
I've loaded 1000's of rnds of 9mm ,45acp ,40S&W ,44mag ,32acp , with Lee carbide dies with powder charging through the die's on my cheap Lee turret press & never had a problem .Now the Pro 1000 is another story (POS) I'm going to convert it to a standard turret

That is where I got my 30 carbine lee dies. He didn't have them in stock, but he ordered them and had them a week or two later. Its an odd calibre now, so you can't expect stock. Even Wholesale sports needs to order them in. At least with Henry, your stuff comes fast.

/\ My experience exactly. Doubt if any dealer stocks all of Lee Equipment, Tools and Dies, but my experience echoes hk33kal's as well. Bundle up as much as you can order from Lee Factory Sales in Wisconsin to save on shipping. I was dinged HST (12%) and a flat fee $5 brokerage. Usually order and have them ship to a US address and bring the stuff up when I go down for a couple days (48 hours). That gives me $400 bucks duty/tax free import allowance.

If LFS will not work for you, yes Henry Nierychlo is great to deal with, that's what two of my bud tell me.

There is no duty on reloading equip . Last time I ordered direct from Lee shipping was $7 flat fee only a few yrs ago . My how times have changed
 
I bought one die set from trout outfitter RCBS and had to buy the shell holder separately was $78 then I bought 3 sets of die from factory $22.50 each and $38. shipping. Oh and no problems with the lee dies.
 
I find Higgenson has the best stock of Lee. Much better than Wholesale which is typically out of everything.

Lee makes some very good quality reloading tools, and I'm proud to use them. My high end Forster dies seem to enjoy sitting on the Lee Classic Cast press. The Perfect Powder Measure works as well or better than the ones with green paint, as does the Auto Prime, hand primer. And, the Lee case trimmer is unmatched for speed and accuracy.

I would suggest that those who turn their nose up at Lee don't really know what it takes to reload highly accurate cartridges.
