After decades of the same old hum drum of reloading benches I wanted a change. Instead of building a new bench or purchasing one at some retail store I came up with an idea...........a reloading desk. It will have drawers, maybe a shelf or two, made in solid wood, heavy, sturdy.......well it sounds very practical, why not.
Got on Kijiji and keyed in "roll top desk". Holy moly, a few hits came up, and some for sale in the Calgary region. One looked really good and the price was right. Solid oak, lots of drawers, plenty of shelves and only $150.00. Long story short I purchased it and the seller let me have it for $130.00. After organizing my reloading tools and components I still have plenty of room in the drawers and shelves, and this thing is solid as a rock.

Nice desk.... I gather for the $150 asking price it's not an antique, or a well-made reproduction.....

All the nooks & crannies and pigeonholes look useful for a reloading workspace!

Your right, it's not an antique and is a reproduction. Plenty of space and room in the drawers and shelves with it's 50 inches wide table top. It is much more practical than the previous standard reloading bench................me very happy.:D
