reloading dies and presses

can RCBS reloading dies be used in dillion or lee presses and vice versa? are they all universal?

Yes, as far as I know they are universal (standard 7/8' x 14 dies). You can use them in Lee & Dillon presses EXCEPT Dillon Square Deal B, which uses a proprietory Dillon die.
