Weeks ago I phone ordered a couple of common sizing dies and some novelty paper targets from Wholesale Sports. All were catalog listed items.
I was told that the store only had one of the dies I wanted, but they would try and get it from another outlet. This would delay the shipment, but I'd only pay one S&H charge. I said OK.
Much later I received several ph. messages saying they were having trouble finding the other die and did I want to wait? I tried several times to return the call but always got on their "All our agents are busy serving other customers ...; would you care to leave a message and we'll get back to you ....?" I did, several times.
Finally I just happened to be handy when the phone rang and it was Wholesale. A pleasant young lady who apologized and asked if I wanted to have the single die shipped as they couldn't locate the other or the targets. I said fine.
When it arrived, it was in a 12"x10" cardboard box along with four bags of air. I had to make a trip to the rural post location as it was too large to fit in the box and had to pick it up personally.
Then I received yet another call asking me if I still wanted the other die on back order! I politely told my tale of woe to the young lady caller who told me she gets nothing but similar complaints on a daily basis.

The point? - had I ordered the dies from a US dealer, they (a) would have been in stock, and (b) would have been been in my post box 7-10 days later in a padded envelope. And dealers wonder why we order from US sources .... ;>(

Try Budget shooter supply. He had the dies I wanted when Nosale told me that they had stock they didn't.

Super good service and good comms.

Lol. I have gotten custom order dies like 5.7x28 faster then you have gotten yours. Look in the dealers section under reloading. Fast efficient service from anybody there. :welcome:
