And there you have it.....there's nothing wrong with Lee stuff

Actually, I have to disagree.

I was trying to resize some 50 BMG cases down to 22 Hornet and broke not only the Lee 22 Hornet die but also the shell holder, press, and a good chunk off the corner of my workbench.

Lee stuff is obviously crap!

Obviously you have no idea what you're doing because anyone can do that, but just try making 50BMG from 22 Hornet. Now that takes a good press.

I beg to differ, mediocre sir. Everyone knows you make 50 BMG from 22 Hornet by fire forming. The hard part, of course, is getting the whole box of cream of wheat compressed into the 22 Hornet case on top of the powder.

That is so wasteful.

Not really. There is so much cream of wheat scattered in front of the shooting bench afterwards that I can scoop it up and reuse it.

Tote along a little Trangia alcohol stove to the range and I can warm up a tasty treat after the fire forming's done.

Fired cream of wheat has a slightly peppery taste to it.

And all that spent nitro really lowers the old blood pressure.

Passed out once, in fact.

Sounds like you still might be suffering some effects.
