reloading for 280 ross

hi,can anyone out there help me,i have everything i need to reload for the 280 ross but cant find any brass,its avialable in the US of A but for some folish reason they wont ship it here to canada they can ship the dies but not the brass ,go figure.i have been told you can make brass from 300 H&H or 300 win mag caseings and there maybe others but i dont have the equipment to do this.If someone out there can help i would greatly appreciate it as i really want to try this rifle and see what it can do

Run the .300H&H into the sizing die, with the decap stem removed. Trim to length. Resize with the stem in place. Size only enough to chamber; you want the case held in place to fireform. The cases will expand in front of the rim, will look a bit odd.
