I'm getting into IDPA and will be reloading my own ammunition. I have or will have a CZ 75BD 9mm Luger.

I have checked the charts but can not find the same bullet I'm using.
I have DRG, round nose, 9 mm, 125 grain lead bullets. I have lots of Winchester 231 powder. Can someone help with how many grains of powder I should be using?

There is no def answer.
1) you need to figure out OAL for the bullet you load;
2) you need to go thru load development and come up with a safe load that still makes PF;

When I shot lead I used 4.1g of W231 behind a 124-125g bullet for a PF of 127-129. CCI small pistol primers, OAL 1.110` and a light crimp with a Lee FCD.

This will vary from gun to gun.

If you go over to the Reloading forum you will find loads of 9mm info.

i load idpa ammo for my buddys cz75 using a DRG 135grn lrn and 3.9 of 231 at 1.125" coal and it is reliable ,very accurate but some what smoky due to the DRG lube - shoots 1000fps or so
